This committee of MACDL members is available to assist in the writing of legal briefs, memoranda of law, and giving of oral arguments to any MACDL criminal defense lawyer who apply to it.

The amicus committee can be invaluable to solo practitioners, lawyers in rural areas with less of a support system, or lawyers who simply need help formulating ideas and additional support for their arguments.
